Rheumatic mitral valve disease with left atrial myxoma: Unexpected encounter

This study reports a rare case of rheumatic mitral regurgitation with left atrial myxoma. Differentiating left atrial myxoma from thrombi is challenging in patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease.
