Ivosidenib: A Review in Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma

Ivosidenib (mIDH1 inhibitor) significantly improved progression-free survival and disease control in advanced cholangiocarcinoma. This targeted therapy also favorably impacted overall survival and quality of life, demonstrating its value.
