A new multitarget stool RNA (mt-sRNA) test demonstrated high sensitivity for detecting colorectal cancer and advanced adenomas in individuals aged 45 and older. This noninvasive screening tool significantly improved detection rates compared to the fecal immunochemical test (FIT).
