WASP facilitates tumor mechanosensitivity in T lymphocytes

Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) use mechanical stiffness sensing to detect antigens. The actin-organizing protein WASP is crucial for this mechanosensitive ability, linking target cell properties to T cell receptor signaling.
