Abstract:
Epitheloid cell granulomas with occasional multinucleated giant cells, lymphocytes and scattered granulocytes were found in liver biopsies from 2 male patients (19 and 55 years of age) with Crohn's disease. This condition must be included in the morphological differential diagnosis whenever granulomatous lesions are present in liver biopsies.
