Spontaneous Regression of Primary Cutaneous Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma on Sequential FDG PET

Abstract:
Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type is a rare, aggressive lymphoma characterized by skin involvement predominantly in the lower extremities. We present a case of an elderly woman with pathology diagnosis of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type with spontaneous regression without systematic therapy documented by sequential FDG PET scans and clinical follow-up.
