    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the effect of preoperative dietary preparation on immunonutritional markers in patients undergoing colorectal cancer resection.
    • To compare these changes with patients undergoing other major surgeries without bowel preparation.

    • Assessed body weight, lymphocytes, albumin, prealbumin, complement components (C3, C4), and total hemolytic complement activity (TC).
