Relationship between Milk Protein Polymorphism and Selected Cows' Reproductive Indices

The BB genotype of the kappa-casein (CSN3) gene significantly improved reproductive performance in Polish Holstein-Friesian cattle, particularly calving intervals. Beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) gene polymorphism showed no effect on these reproductive parameters.
