The Dynamics of Synthesis and Localization of Jumbo Phage RNA Polymerases inside Infected Cells

Jumbo bacteriophage phiKZ injects its virion RNA polymerase (vRNAP) into Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells, excluding it from the phage nucleus. The non-virion RNAP (nvRNAP) localizes within the nucleus, enabling coordinated viral gene expression.
