Evaluating Caudal Block Enhancements in Pediatric Circumcision: Do Additional Analgesics Make a Difference?

For pediatric circumcision, caudal block alone provides sufficient pain relief. Adding paracetamol or meperidine to the caudal block (bupivacaine) did not improve analgesia quality or reduce rescue analgesic needs in children.
