Patient-Level Characteristics Associated with Tobacco Users and Nonusers at a Student-Run Free Clinic

Many tobacco users at free clinics are male, older, and have lower educational attainment. These sociodemographic differences in tobacco use highlight the need for tailored interventions to support cessation efforts.
