Abstract:
A case of primary hydatid disease of the pancreas is presented in a patient operated on for an adrenal mass. Computed tomographic findings, such as rounded cystic lesion with curvilinear calcification, may allow the diagnosis to be made in the appropriate clinical setting. The diagnosis was confirmed at surgery.
