Utilizing User Preferences in Designing the AGILE (Accelerating Access to Gender-Based Violence Information and

A human-centered chatbot was developed in Kenya to address gender-based violence (GBV) for vulnerable populations. User insights guided its design, aiming to improve access to accurate information and support services for those affected by GBV.
