Summary

Pediatric ocular melanoma is rare, with varied presentations and prognoses depending on tumor location. Choroidal/ciliary body and conjunctival melanomas showed higher mortality rates in children.

Iris melanoma constitutes approximately one-third of pediatric uveal melanoma cases.
