Zero-fluoroscopy radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) for atrioventricular-nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is feasible and safe. Three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping (3D-EAM) reduces radiation exposure without increasing procedure time or complications.

- This approach does not prolong procedure time or increase complication risks.
