Effective connectivity abnormalities in Lewy body disease with visual hallucinations

Visual hallucinations in Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), Parkinson's Disease (PD), and Parkinson's Disease Dementia (PDD) are linked to reduced connectivity in the dorsal attention network (DAN). Specifically, intraparietal sulcus dysfunction was observed in patients experiencing visual hallucinations.
