Do elevated thyrotropin levels increase the risk of miscarriages: yes or no?

Elevated thyrotropin (TSH) levels in early pregnancy are linked to a higher risk of miscarriage. Maternal thyroid dysfunction, indicated by high TSH, negatively impacts perinatal outcomes.
