Construction of clinical research nurse training program based on position competence

• To develop a comprehensive CRN training program based on a position competence model.

• The Delphi method was employed with 16 experts over two rounds to refine the training program.

• The training program was structured around 4 primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators for training objectives.
