1David Gallagher, MD, SFHM, is the Chief Medical Officer for Duke University Hospital and previously was Chief of Hospital Medicine programs. He is Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University and has published in a variety of hospital-based quality improvement areas. He also works clinically as a hospitalist.
