Perigraftitis and implant therapy: A case report.

Summary
Successful dental implant placement is possible even after severe infection and bone grafting complications. Treating perigraftitis by removing infected bone allows for a third implant to integrate and function long-term.

- After 25 months, the implant remained functional and asymptomatic with normal peri-implant bone trabeculation.
