Composite lymphoma, a rare simultaneous occurrence of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), can present with distributive shock. This case study details successful treatment with brentuximab vedotin and rituximab, resolving shock.
