Second free jejunum transfer after flap loss does not affect oral intake: A retrospective case-control study

A second free jejunum transfer after pharyngo-laryngo-esophagectomy rarely occurs but does not impact long-term oral intake. While early complications may increase, severe complications are not observed, supporting the safety of this reconstructive procedure.
