Summary

Spectral Detector computed tomography (SDCT) can help differentiate thyroid nodules. Higher iodine concentration and enhancement on SDCT correlate with intermediate-high risk nodules (TI-RADS 4-5) compared to low-risk ones (TI-RADS 2-3).
