Risk Factors for Surgical-site Infections After Liver Transplant: Does Perioperative Antibiotic Regimen Matter?

The spectrum of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis did not affect surgical-site infections (SSIs) in liver transplant recipients. Risk factors for SSIs included surgical leak and reoperation, not antibiotic choice.
