Summary

Methotrexate (MTX)-induced accelerated nodulosis (MIAN) can occur in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Discontinuing MTX led to the resolution of MIAN in a SLE patient, highlighting the importance of accurate diagnosis.
