Primary Chronic Sclerosing Osteomyelitis: A New Diagnostic Tool

Diagnosing primary chronic sclerosing osteomyelitis (PCSO) is challenging. Combining three-phase bone scintigraphy and anti-granulocyte antibody scintigraphy helps differentiate PCSO from infection, enabling earlier diagnosis and treatment.
