Eimeria falciformis sporozoite extracellular vesicles (EVs) alter host intestinal epithelial cell (IEC) RNA expression, including long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs). These differentially expressed lncRNAs may serve as diagnostic markers for Eimeria infections.
