PhytoPipe: a phytosanitary pipeline for plant pathogen detection and diagnosis using RNA-seq data

PhytoPipe is a new bioinformatics tool for analyzing high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data to detect a wide range of plant pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, fungi, and oomycetes.
