Background:

  • Conventional treatments, including pharmaceuticals and conservative therapies, often fail to provide relief for chronic spinal conditions.
  • Surgical interventions, such as lumbosacral pedicle screw fixation, may not always resolve persistent pain and dysfunction.

Observation:

  • A 50-year-old female patient experienced prolonged, widespread spinal pain and dysfunction following a low back injury.
  • The patient underwent two unsuccessful spinal surgeries aimed at alleviating her symptoms.
  • Despite previous treatments, the patient continued to suffer from significant pain and functional limitations.

Findings:

  • Treatment with Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) resulted in marked subjective, objective, and radiographic improvements.
  • The patient demonstrated long-term stability of these improvements upon follow-up assessment.
