Quantification of Ochratoxin A in 90 spice and herb samples using the ELISA method

This study detected Ochratoxin A in herbs and spices using ELISA and PCA. While most samples were safe, 26.67% exceeded the maximum residue limit, highlighting the need for mycotoxin monitoring.
