- A 1.6 mm Kirschner wire stabilized the reduction across the TMT joint.
- At 10 weeks, radiographs showed maintained reduction and healing of associated navicular and fourth metatarsal base fractures.

- Closed reduction and percutaneous pinning can be an effective treatment for cuboid dislocations.
- This approach facilitated a successful return to ambulation and work for the patient.
