    • These symptoms were associated with an previously unreported accessory calcaneus.

    Findings:

    • Surgical excision of the accessory calcaneus was performed.
    • The patient experienced complete resolution of pain, shoe pressure, and foot deformity post-surgery.

    Implications:

    • This case highlights accessory calcaneus as a treatable cause of pediatric foot pain and deformity.
    • Surgical intervention can effectively alleviate symptoms and correct foot mechanics.
