Melorheostosis is a rare benign bone pathology characterized by dysplasia and hyperostosis.
It typically presents with radiographic findings of radiopaque lesions along long bone diaphyses, causing pain, edema, and potential limb deformity.
Fewer than 300 cases are reported globally, with limited data on its clinical presentation and diagnosis, especially in geriatric populations.
