Abstract:
A case of a 36-year-old male patient with a metastatic renal pelvic tumor is presented. Preoperative systemic chemotherapy with cis-platinum and methotrexate induced tumor regression. After radical nephroureterectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy the patient is without any evidence of disease 1 year later.
