Summary
Oto-tricho, a rare hair growth disorder of the tympanic membrane, can cause tinnitus and pain. Surgical removal of the hair and follicles effectively resolves these symptoms and prevents further complications.

- Otoscopic examination revealed hair and follicle growth on the left tympanic membrane.

- Surgical removal of tympanic membrane hair and follicles was performed under direct visual guidance.
- Post-operative follow-up over 5 months showed no pain or infection, with complete resolution of symptoms.

- Surgical intervention is an effective treatment for oto-tricho, resolving symptoms like tinnitus and pain.
- Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent serious complications such as hearing loss and TM perforation.
