Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- α) inhibitors are widely employed for the management of chronic inflammatory rheumatism. However, their usage carries significant risks, including site and infusion reactions, serious infections, malignancy, heart failure autoimmune and demyelinating disorders.
