Pre-expanded thin DIEP free flap in pediatric upper extremity reconstruction for burn sequelae: A case report

Reconstructive surgery for severe upper limb burn scars in a pediatric patient utilized a pre-expanded free deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap. This innovative approach successfully restored both wrist function and aesthetics.
