Contralateral second dose improves antibody responses to a 2-dose mRNA vaccination regimen

Contralateral COVID-19 vaccine boosting, or administering the second dose in the opposite arm, significantly enhances antibody responses. This effect, observed in previously unexposed adults, increases over time and improves antibody breadth and neutralization capacity.
