A specific radio-immunoassay (RIA) for salbutamol (albuterol) in human plasma
Abstract:
A specific RIA method for Salbutamol (S) employing a selective extraction procedure was developed to enable the quantitation of 0.5 ng/ml of (S) in plasma from human volunteers. The specificity of the assay was confirmed by GC-MS method.
