Effect on Physical Position of Peak Inspiratory Flow in Stable COPD: An Observational Study

Peak inspiratory flow (PIF) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients using dry-powder inhalers (DPIs) is significantly affected by body position. Standing maximizes PIF, while a semi-upright position reduces it, impacting medication delivery.
