Summary

Alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) in hydrogen peroxide bleaching gels increased orthophosphate levels but did not significantly alter bleaching effectiveness. Enamel microhardness varied, with the ALP-thickened group showing the highest cross-sectional microhardness.
