Rheb1 is required for limb growth through regulating chondrogenesis in growth plate

Ras homology enriched in the brain 1 (Rheb1) is crucial for limb bone growth. Deleting Rheb1 in limb mesenchymal cells caused dwarfism and abnormal growth plate development in mice.
