Summary

The Aortic Stenosis-related Cardiac Damage Staging (ASCDS) system may predict conduction disorders after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). Higher ASCDS grades correlate with increased risks of new left bundle branch block, atrial fibrillation, and permanent pacemaker implantation.
