Early screening for dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) in multiple sclerosis (MS) is crucial. Combining the DYsphagia in MUltiple Sclerosis (DYMUS) questionnaire and Timed Water Swallowing Test (TWST) effectively identifies more MS patients at risk than simple questions alone.
