Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE)-ablation offers a viable treatment for early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) lesions between 3 and 5 cm. While surgical resection is the gold standard, TACE-ablation shows promise, though further research is needed against newer therapies.
