Trunk Muscle Thickness During Supine and Crawling Exercises

The Heel Off exercise (HO-ex) more effectively stimulates lumbar multifidus (LM) and internal oblique (IO) muscles compared to the Bird Dog exercise (BD-ex). Both exercises similarly activate the transverse abdominis (TrA) muscle.
