Summary

Both the Nordic hamstring exercise (NHE) and single-leg Romanian deadlift (SLRDL) equally improve hamstring strength and cause similar muscle soreness. Remote injury prevention programs show high adherence, making SLRDL a viable hamstring injury prevention option.
