Replacing hip precautions after hemiarthroplasty with a pose avoidance protocol

A new pose avoidance protocol significantly reduced hip dislocation rates after hip hemiarthroplasty, replacing traditional hip precautions. This protocol may also reduce costs associated with adaptive equipment.
