Summary

Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) can be treated with conversion surgery after systemic therapy. Minimally invasive liver resection is feasible for selected HCC patients following neoadjuvant chemotherapy or atezolizumab plus bevacizumab therapy.
