Summary

Quadriceps tendon (QT) autograft shows acceptable functional outcomes for both primary and revision anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. However, revision ACL surgery with QT autograft had higher graft failure rates and more concomitant injuries than primary ACL reconstruction.
